Blog Roundup #3
By Ian Brodie | June 25, 2008
Some more posts on other sales blogs you might find interesting:
Sales Loudmouth Tim Rohrer talks about the role local marketing and advertising can play and how it needs to focus more on taking advantage of current customer behaviour than trying to change it.
Selling to Consumers guru Skip Anderson talks about the importance of positive energy and how to harness it in your selling activities.
Jill Konrath reposts one of her excellent articles “How to Develop Credbility - When You’re Not Credbile” on Paul McCord’s Sales and Management Blog. It gives some excellent hints on how to move into a new market sector - for example by taking small steps and creating linkage back to sectors you know already. I would add that doing and publishing research into the sector not only begins to establish your credbility - but it also really gives your sector knowledge a kick-start.
